How can eateries crack the afternoon lull?  Adapt to changing work patterns – we now work/shop more at home & start work earlier “to get it out of the way”.  Patrons who nip in post-lunch & “just want something” mostly pick something sweet.  Offer fast delivery to those who can’t leave the “office” & special afternoon-only menu/drinks for those who can.  Wake up the siesta slack
