Severe droughts invite radical solutions: Tow iceberg from Antarctica to Cape Town.  Not a new idea – in mid-1800s, Chile breweries towed small icebergs, some fitted with sails, for refrigeration.  Made of compacted snow, iceberg water is 99% pure.  By 2030, global water demand will exceed supply by 40%. Red tape alert! Need risk assessment of parking giant ice cube on Africa’s coast
